Dijon mustard,divided<br \/>\n4 tbsp. crushed peppercorn blend<br \/>\n4 slices Borden Extra Sharp Cheddar Singles Sensations<br \/>\n1\/4 cup mayonnaise<br \/>\n1 green onion,thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 tbsp. white wine vinegar<br \/>\n4 sesame seed hamburger rolls,split<br \/>\n4 lettuce leaves<br \/>\n4 tomato slices<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preheat<\/strong> grill to medium (300 to 350 degrees F.). <strong>Combine<\/strong> ground beef and 2 tablespoons of the mustard in a large bowl; <strong>Mix<\/strong> well. <strong>Form<\/strong> into 4 patties. <strong>Coat<\/strong> patties with peppercorn,pressing to adhere. <strong>Place<\/strong> patties on grill. <strong>Grill <\/strong>4 minutes per side (160 degrees F. for medium) or to desired doneness. <strong>Top<\/strong> each patty with 1 slice Borden Extra Sharp Cheddar Singles Sensations during the last 2 minutes of grilling; <strong>Grill<\/strong> until melted.  <strong>Combine<\/strong> remaining mustard plus mayonnaise,green onion and vinegar in a small bowl. <strong>Set<\/strong> aside. <strong>Place<\/strong> rolls,cut side down, on grill. <strong>Grill<\/strong> until lightly toasted. <strong>Spread <\/strong>mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of rolls. <strong>Place<\/strong> burgers in rolls. <strong>Top<\/strong> with lettuce and tomato, and serve.<\/p>\n<p>You can find an entire recipe catalog at http:\/\/www.friendsofelsie.com.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 1\/2 lbs. ground beef 3 tbsp.
