\n3 tbsp. Dijon mustard,divided
\n4 tbsp. crushed peppercorn blend
\n4 slices Borden Extra Sharp Cheddar Singles Sensations
\n1\/4 cup mayonnaise
\n1 green onion,thinly sliced
\n1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
\n4 sesame seed hamburger rolls,split
\n4 lettuce leaves
\n4 tomato slices<\/p>\n

Preheat<\/strong> grill to medium (300 to 350 degrees F.). Combine<\/strong> ground beef and 2 tablespoons of the mustard in a large bowl; Mix<\/strong> well. Form<\/strong> into 4 patties. Coat<\/strong> patties with peppercorn,pressing to adhere. Place<\/strong> patties on grill. Grill <\/strong>4 minutes per side (160 degrees F. for medium) or to desired doneness. Top<\/strong> each patty with 1 slice Borden Extra Sharp Cheddar Singles Sensations during the last 2 minutes of grilling; Grill<\/strong> until melted. Combine<\/strong> remaining mustard plus mayonnaise,green onion and vinegar in a small bowl. Set<\/strong> aside. Place<\/strong> rolls,cut side down, on grill. Grill<\/strong> until lightly toasted. Spread <\/strong>mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of rolls. Place<\/strong> burgers in rolls. Top<\/strong> with lettuce and tomato, and serve.<\/p>\n
